Your profile

You have completed a technical education (HTL, FH or comparable), ideally with a focus on electronics, plastics or metal.
You have experience in the field of quality management or complaint processing.
Ideally, you also have VDA/PPAP sampling process knowledge as well as knowledge of quality methods (e.g. Ishikawa, 5Why, FMEA, VDA, PPAP, SPC, APQP).
You are confident in using Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is desirable.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for supporting and coordinating with the customer as part of the APQP process to ensure quality requirements.
You will carry out and coordinate VDA/PPAP sampling, including the preparation of the necessary documentation in accordance with customer-specific requirements.
You will be responsible for handling complaints in accordance with the procedural instructions as well as creating and tracking 8D reports (internally and towards customers).
You will take care of the coordination and organisation of internal measures for complaint processing as well as coordination with the relevant departments.
Your tasks will also include the preparation, analysis and reporting of quality-relevant topics, taking into account applicable processes.
They check the sustainable implementation of remedial measures and the effectiveness test on the basis of relevant quality indicators.

For this position, the gross monthly salary is at least € 3,400.00, a market-oriented overpayment is offered according to experience and qualifications.
