Your profile

Completed training in the field of food analysis, chemistry or food technology (apprenticeship, HTL, HBLA)
Professional experience in the laboratory sector
Knowledge of analytical methods, such as HPLC, titration, etc.
High quality and responsibility
Structured & precise way of working coupled with the motivation to learn new things
Readiness for 3-shift operation
German in spoken and written form

Your tasks

Independent performance of chemical-physical, microbiological and sensory analyses
Evaluation & documentation of the analysis results
Monitoring of critical control points in the production process (HACCP)
Quality controls for raw materials and finished goods
Management of reserve samples
